Wish I lived a little closer -- sounds like a great event!
hi Kathy,
I was glancing at the houses that were on tour last year...Wow, some very beautiful homes and properties.
It's nice to see money being raised for charity and very gracious of the homeowners to open their doors to the public.
Jo
Kathy, I agree with Jo-Anne above - last year's homes look so lovely - and built in the 1800's. The east is just steeped in history - you're so fortunate.
Last years homes look beautiful and since it isn't too far from my place I will try to make it. Thanks for this information.
LI - Our first home in Uxbridge used to be the Manse for the United Church. It was our introduction to the tour as we were honoured to have our home on the tour shortly after we finished our renovations and addition.
Jo - there is a real variety of housing styles types and vintage to choose from and the ladies do an excellent job in choosing.
Sally - There are some amazing century homes in this area, some modernized some not some in town and some in the country (usually with lots of acreage)
Cheryl - enjoy the tour
Oh how I wish I lived closer-this sounds like a fabulous day!! Much success!!
Cathy - as a stager you would likely really enjoy it
